Installed their spc on January, we moved in on April. Ever since then, we realised it’s uneven, we can feel it’s moving when we walk around the whole house. We were puzzled. Contacted the sales person who served us, she told us that she’s no longer with them. Then she referred the case to another person so called manager, but she didn’t get back to us. Attached the conversation dates. Then another guy who accompanied the sales person, contacted us saying he’s incharge of our case. Set appointment but didn’t turn up, didn’t even call and inform until I had to message again why didn’t turn up. Then he passed the case to another person, she came and took pictures. No updates after few days , texted again and they said waiting for vendor’s reply. But the person who came to our house said , it’s badly installed. Wow! Then they said they need to change the foam for the whole house. They have to remove the skirting , which will spoil my wall painting, my wardrobe & cabinets will be SLIGHTLY damaged as well. So in conclusion, we have to spend more and more just because we choose the wrong team!

Their handcrafts are nice and professional. Everything is done in 1 day, I couldn't find obvious gap so it's pretty neat haha. Recommend for the quality!
